MedServices Dental offers clinicians unprecedented options to compose their casenote entries.
Our STATNOTE feature allows the clinician to "pre-write" their usual casenote entries via three different methods:
STATNOTES eliminate redundant manual casenote composition. Only the variables need to be inserted to create a comprehensive and accurate entry. This saves valuable chair time and eliminates errors.
STATNOTES* are automatically prompted at the completion of an associated procedure. They may be attached to:
- A major category such as “Restorative”
- A sub category such as “Resin Based Composites”
- An individual procedure such as “one surface posterior composite”
STATNOTES may also be composed for prescription and anesthesia documentation, or for general note entries.
Manual entry may also be used to compose casenotes using text or script.
Our “Image In-Line” feature enables clinicians to easily insert any images (i.e. radiographs and photos) directly in-line with their entries. The tedious task of locating radiographs and photos which correspond to a particular procedure / note entry will be eliminated – forever!
Here are just some of the benefits that this novel feature will provide:
** Radiographic films displayed in-line with their related casenotes for:
root canal therapy
oral pathologies
periodontal diagnosis / treatment
implant cases
extractions
crown inserts
** Case study / documentation easily reviewed for:
full mouth rehabilitation
orthodontics
periodontics
tooth whitening
emergency treatment
** All information easily presented for insurance requests for narratives / post op.
data
** Superior organization / presentation of vital patient information in the event of
malpractice litigation
The final casenote entry is chronologically archived as a “read only” document, and is labled with the following information:
Casenote sequence # / Date / Time / Author / Procedure code and description / Tooth # (s) |
