Our Prescription module was designed for Free Medical Clinics to track prescriptions that are issued to a patient. This module comes with the FDA approved drugs already loaded into the database. Fill out the appropriate information and then print out a custom prescription label. You will also have the ability to reprint the label at anytime.

Patient education is also included in our Prescription Module. Written at a 6th-8th grade reading level and OBRA-compliant, patient education sheets are available in both English and Spanish. Dosage-form specific information for U.S. prescription and OTC drugs are included. This helps patients understand how to follow a safe drug regimen by providing detailed information. Some examples include: what the medication is used for, how the medication should be taken, drug interactions and side effects.

Photos are also available for many of the prescribed drugs.

When a prescription is issued, the allergies are search to see if the patient is allergic to the medication you are prescribing. If so, a warning will appear.

After adding a prescription, you can send this prescription directly to the Patient Assistance Program with one click of the mouse. This will print the application for the selected pharmaceutical company. Simply sign the application and mail it in.
