- We have completed the latest MedServices V4 training videos dated 2-21-2007. These videos cover all modules available in our
software suite. These videos are now available online. Simply log into our website (you must be a current customer) then click the link to view the videos. These online videos will allow our customers to received the training they need at anytime and any place where they have internet connection. (home, traveling, at the clinic etc.)
Each module is indexed so you can jump right to the section that you need training on. When new volunteers
join your clinic or when current volunteers need additional training,
you can use these videos to train them, freeing up your time. Making
these videos available online will ensure that everyone in your clinic now and in the
future will use MedServices to it's fullest potential. In addition, when we update the training videos with new enhancements, they will immediately become available online. Copies may be purchased on CD if desired.
- DataNet is in the process of implementing electronic billing directly to Medicare. This will be a powerful feature to the MedServices product. You will be able to submit bills directly from within MedServices, process the claim and much more. Look for a full announcement in the upcoming weeks.
- Support email ticketing system. Now there is a support email address to send all requests to. This email will go to our ticketing system and generate a work ticket. Clinics can monitor the progress of their tickets including all email correspondence, notes from DSI support staff etc. To access the work ticket via your web browser, go to http://www.datanetsolutions.org/SmarterTicket/. To obtain the support email address, log into the Members Only section.
- Our monthly Newsletter includes important information about DataNet including Tips and Tricks on MedServices, upcoming conferences, training sessions and much more. Newsletters will be emailed to anyone who wishes to receive them. Click Here To Subscribe
- Our Accounts Receivable module. This module allows you to determine flat fees and/or sliding fee schedules based on poverty levels. When a patient comes in for a visit/encounter, a prescription or a PAP, charges will be based on the schedule that you set up. These autocalculate and will be available to print out for the patient. You can track payments made from the patient for such charges.
- Data Synchronization is now available. This gives you the ability
to have mobile units enter data and then synchronize with your server
database at your clinic. This is useful if you use a laptop outside of
your clinic and need a way to update the data on your server.
- We have our multi-site version of
MedServices and MS Patient Assistance Program. Multiple clinics can now use MedServices while keeping all
their records private from the other clinics. This makes it possible
for larger agencies, such as State Associations, to purchase a single
copy of MedServices and allow all state clinics to have access to it. A
key benefit is that the State Association can run reports from all
clinics for the state, city, county or region.
