MedServices - is a patient tracking
program that was
designed by Free Medical Clinics for Free Medical Clinics. This is the
base application that the other additional modules plug into.

Generate reports, breaking down services and their value for a time
frame or for a patient. Reports are also available that break services
down by city, age group, race, sex, marital status and much more.
MedServices is a windows based application that runs on windows
95,98,NT, 2000 & XP. Comes with 5 user licenses and runs on Novell
NetWare or Windows NT server network operating systems.
Other key Features:
System Security – administrator can assign
users and passwords. Give rights to add, delete, modify or view.
System Auditing – ability to track when a user
adds deletes or changes a record. The administrator sets up what to
audit.
Color Coded fields – easily identifies what
the fields are to the user. Yellow means the field is required, blue
means that field is a pick list and green means the field is a toggle
field such as ‘Y’ or ‘N’ (yes or no) and ‘M’ or ‘F’ (male or female).
You can change these values with the space bar or by hitting the
desired letter.
Display Calendar – On date fields you can hit
the ‘T’ on the keyboard to default in Today’s date. Pressing the Page
Down and Page Up keys will decrease or increase the date respectively.
Pressing the F2 key will display a calendar
Restore Deleted Records – This function allows
you to recall records that have been deleted. This is a fail safe
concept.
Search on ANY field – Unlike other software
packages, MedServices allows you to search on any field you want. If
one record was found that met your search criteria, then you are
brought directly to that record, and out of search mode automatically.
If more then one record was found, a result page appears with all the
records that matched your criteria so that you can see exactly which
record you are looking for.
