The AR module allows you to setup flat fees or sliding fee schedules based on poverty level. Charges will autocalculate for each visit/encounter, Prescription, PAP etc. You can receive payments from patients and apply them to the appropriate charge. More>>

Donor Module |

Our
Donor module tracks Donors and their donations made to your clinic.
A view of the donor's total donation to your clinic will be made
available. Also, we have included a Greeting field for each donor. When
you add a donation, you can print out a letter of contribution for that
particular donation with the date and amount. Donations can include
cash or inkind donations. We record the 'type' and the 'fund' of each
donation.
Generate reports based on the value of the donation for any given time
period or for a particular donor.
